What you'll do

• Manage shipping-related file activities after booking.
• Handle documentation for shipping documents and customer invoices in the system.
• Perform system updates.
• Support operational finance activities under file management.
• Communicate proactively with customer service in case of exceptions.
• Support customer service in resolving customer queries and handling exceptions.

• Own responsibility for creating and updating shipping documents and customer invoices in the system.
