DB Benefits Administrator-1

Overview

The Benefits Administrator supports defined benefit pension plan administration, including participant data maintenance, payment and payroll administration, participant requests, and benefit calculations.

What you'll do

• Review plan and participant documents and compile indexes.
• Process participant records, payroll information, data queries, and plan documents.
• Process participant requests using benefits administration applications.
• Coordinate participant letters and supporting documentation.
• Support pension payments and benefit calculations.
• Coordinate daily administration activities with defined benefit associates.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office or related software.
• Planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive client and participant information with integrity and discretion.

Nice to have

• Experience with defined benefit or pension administration.
• Relevant certification in U.S. employee benefits.
• Experience with pension data, participant records, payroll processing, benefit calculations, or pension payments.
