Associate Collections Analyst

Overview

Associate Collections Analyst supporting the management and optimization of collections for outstanding client payments under the supervision of a senior manager.

What you'll do

• Monitor accounts receivable and contact clients or external parties about outstanding payments.
• Follow up on overdue invoices through email, phone, and other channels.
• Address billing inquiries, resolve disputes, and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Apply received payments to client accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare collections performance, aging, and KPI reports.
• Assist with collections forecasting and cash flow projections.
• Maintain accurate collections records and documentation.

What you'll need

• Entry-level experience as a Collections Analyst or in a similar financial analysis role is preferred.
• Basic experience working with large corporate clients.
• Understanding of collections processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with collections software, financial analysis tools, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
