Associate Collections Analyst

Overview

Supports collections activities for outstanding client payments under the supervision of a senior manager. The role focuses on accounts receivable monitoring, invoice follow-up, payment reconciliation, and client communication.

What you'll do

• Monitor accounts receivable and contact clients about outstanding payments.
• Follow up on overdue invoices through email, phone, and other channels.
• Address billing inquiries, resolve disputes, and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Apply received payments and reconcile account discrepancies.
• Prepare collections performance, aging, and KPI reports.
• Support collections forecasting and cash flow projections.
• Maintain collections records and documentation.

What you'll need

• Entry-level experience as a Collections Analyst or in a similar financial analysis role is preferred.
• Basic experience working with large corporate clients.
• Understanding of collections processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of collections software, financial analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
