Overview

Associate – Event Marketing to lead and scale BrowserStack’s global event presence across in-person and virtual formats.

What you'll do

• Own the full event lifecycle across in-person events, flagship virtual summits, and webinars.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen/ABM to turn live and virtual experiences into predictable revenue.
• Plan, manage, and execute global in-person event programs for the developer/QA audience.
• Oversee end-to-end event operations including venue sourcing, contract negotiations, AV/technical setup, swag distribution, and local vendor coordination.
• Lead end-to-end execution of virtual webinars/campaigns from ideation and content creation to speaker sourcing and live-day logistics.
• Track and report event performance metrics tied to revenue/opportunity attribution.

What you'll need

• 2+ years managing end-to-end in-person and virtual events.
• Ability to work independently to plan, manage, and execute events to timelines.
• Experience switching between virtual webinars/summits and high-touch in-person field events across international markets.
• Content writing skills to craft event messaging for target audiences.
• Vendor negotiation skills to negotiate pricing and optimize event budgets.
• Stakeholder management experience with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to track event KPIs related to customer experience and revenue/opportunity attribution.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools to enhance daily work.
