Platform Hiring Specialist (French-speaking)

Overview

Platform Hiring Specialist responsible for managing candidate workflows in hiring platforms, reviewing AI-supported recommendations, and making documented progression decisions for scaled hiring operations.

What you'll do

• Complete assigned hiring workflows within service windows and productivity standards.
• Manage candidate cases from application review through offer handoff.
• Review interview content, eligibility, rehire status, and hiring information.
• Make and document human candidate progression decisions using approved criteria.
• Maintain candidate communication, rescheduling, no-show recovery, and case closure.
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in active systems.
• Escalate pipeline risks, system defects, compliance concerns, and complex cases.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in scaled hiring, recruiting, sourcing, coordination, candidate operations, or a comparable service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort completing repeatable work at pace.
• Sound judgment for fair, evidence-based candidate decisions.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a candidate-service mindset.
• Experience with applicant tracking or workflow tools such as Fountain or Greenhouse.
• Ability to interpret performance data, follow standards, and escalate unusual results.
• French language skills.

Nice to have

• End-to-end recruiting ownership for senior profiles.
• Experience supporting light sourcing, virtual attraction, or online events.
