Customer Experience Specialist - French Bilingual

Overview

Provide bilingual French and English customer support across chat, email, phone, and social channels. Own customer interactions, resolve issues empathetically, and share insights to improve service.

What you'll do

• Manage customer interactions from start to finish.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to build relationships and resolve issues remotely.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• A quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet.

Details

• Location: Canada.
• Remote work is available for candidates more than 50 km from Toronto.
• Candidates within 50 km of Toronto must work on-site five days per week.
• Compensation: $26 CAD per hour.
• Performance bonus of up to $1,300 CAD per month.
• Three-week paid training and onboarding.
• Set schedule with guaranteed hours.
