Client Success Coordinator

Overview

Support a portfolio of approximately 75–100 clients as their day-to-day operational contact, helping improve satisfaction, product adoption, retention, and account growth. This early-career role suits recent graduates and professionals developing a career in Client Success.

What you'll do

• Serve as the operational contact for assigned clients and follow up on requests.
• Understand client objectives, service usage, and success measures.
• Respond to questions and document activities in CRM and customer service systems.
• Maintain client records and account information in Salesforce and internal platforms.
• Monitor client health, usage, and sentiment to identify retention risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support service delivery.
• Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to portfolio growth goals.

What you'll need

• Previous experience in customer support, customer success, operations, HR administration, payroll administration, or a related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities across a client portfolio.
• Customer-centric relationship-building skills.
