Customer Success Engineer

Overview

Support customers in getting value from Hightouch’s platform through technical guidance, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Answer customer questions through Intercom, Slack, phone, and email.
• Support users with platform-related technical needs.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and Solutions Engineers.
• Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for customer support and critical issues.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Technical background through experience or education.
• Conversational SQL skills or willingness to learn SQL.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of the technology industry and its players.
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
