Customer Success Engineer

Overview

Support Hightouch users in getting value from the platform through technical customer assistance and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Answer user questions through Intercom, Slack, phone, and email.
• Provide timely support for customer needs and critical issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and Solutions Engineers.
• Work with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.
• Help deliver strong customer experiences across the customer journey.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• A technical background through experience or education.
• Conversational SQL skills or willingness to learn SQL basics and advanced topics.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of the technology industry and its players.
• Ability to adapt to an evolving work environment.

Details

• Remote role for candidates in PST or MT time zones.
• Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year.
• Participation in an on-call rotation is required.
