What you'll do

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers in the Automotive & Manufacturing sector.
• Understand customers’ business challenges, strategic priorities, and transformation ambitions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders on business and technology challenges.
• Co-create solutions with consulting and solution teams to deliver measurable business value.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in existing and prospective accounts.
• Represent Tieto Tech Consulting in customer engagements, industry events, and professional networks.

What you'll need

• Several years of experience in IT consulting, technology services, or digital transformation in a customer-facing role.
• Experience translating customer business challenges into meaningful opportunities and solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Automotive and/or Manufacturing industry.
• Customer-first mindset with sound commercial judgement.
• Skilled at bringing together the right experts to solve complex customer challenges.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
