Customer Service Executive

About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers and help create a smooth, positive support experience. In this role, you’ll handle queries, resolve issues efficiently, and make sure every customer feels heard and supported.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve product, service, and billing issues while keeping accurate case records in the CRM
• Follow up on open tickets to ensure quick closure and customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex cases to the right internal teams when needed
• Share customer feedback and recurring issues to help improve processes and service quality

What we're looking for

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM tools and ticketing systems
• Prior experience in customer support, call center, or client-facing roles is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience with omnichannel support
• Familiarity with customer success or retention processes
