Overview

Customer Service New Associate focused on US retirement services payment operations, helping manage participant-level services in domains such as Defined Contributions.

What you'll do

• Handle participant level services in US Retirement Services.
• Process Money Out activities including inservice withdrawal, survivor benefit, and annuity-related payments.
• Support rollover out, lump sum distributions, and required minimum distributions.
• Manage complex distributions, loan payoff, and hardship withdrawal determination and payments.
• Follow processes for payment processing, reconciliation, fraud detection, risk management, and customer support.
• Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines; decisions are closely supervised.

What you'll need

• 0 to 1 years of experience in US Retirement Services domain.
• Primary skills required: Payment Operations and US retirement/Money-In/Money-out/401k/Defined Contributions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good typing skills and attention to detail.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Bachelor degree.
