Customer Service Associate

Overview

Customer Service Associate role focused on payment operations and retirement solutions payment/processing support for participant-level services.

What you'll do

• Manage participant level services within US Retirement Services (Defined Contributions).
• Handle Money Out processes including inservice withdrawal, survivor benefits, annuities, withdrawals, rollovers, and distributions.
• Process payment-related activities including payment processing, reconciliation, fraud detection, risk management, and customer support.
• Respond to queries or requests from business partners/client support teams with minimum response time.
• Adhere to non-disclosure of client information and comply with client policies and federal/state/local regulations.
• Support quality control, client SLAs, and process improvements/automation; create and update procedure documents.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• BBA or BCom or any graduation qualification.
• Money Out processes experience including required minimum distributions and related complex distributions.
• Payment Operations as the primary skill (P3 roles mentioned).
• Ability to research and reply to queries with minimum response time.
• Excellent organizational skills to identify and prioritize high value transactions.
