Overview

As a Customer Services Consultant, you solve customer tickets escalated by first-line colleagues and address problems requiring more technical knowledge as a specialist in a specific area of the planning solution.

What you'll do

• Provide solutions for challenging problems experienced by customers.
• Take ownership of assigned problems and communicate the implemented solution to the customer.
• Find the most suitable solution using acquired technical knowledge and specific expertise.
• Update the Customer Services knowledge base to ensure expertise is documented.
• Maintain a strong network within the team and company to find the optimal solution for the customer.
• Balance time, priorities and incoming tickets while keeping an overview.
