Product Support Analyst I - VIP

Overview

Provide product and technical support for travel solutions, helping travel agencies and airlines resolve application, system, connectivity, and other customer issues.

What you'll do

• Provide support through phone, chat, callback, email, and web cases.
• Troubleshoot application, system, and connectivity issues.
• Analyse customer concerns and recommend solutions.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex issues.
• Escalate critical customer-impacting issues when required.
• Support customers in a 24/7 operational environment.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
• Experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
• Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL, XML, APIs, or SQL.
• Travel industry certifications such as IATA/UFTAA.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or other regional Indian languages.
