Network Engineer

Overview

Network Engineer responsible for monitoring, incident detection, troubleshooting, and documentation for network systems and services.

What you'll do

• Perform daily system checks to keep critical systems and services operational.
• Respond to alerts and incidents from monitoring systems or other sources.
• Investigate and resolve network issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams.
• Communicate with relevant teams and stakeholders about incidents and resolutions.
• Prioritize incidents based on severity and impact.
• Use ServiceNow to track workflow and document incidents, resolutions, and actions taken.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge and usage of monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN, Meraki, or ThousandEyes.
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CCNA preferred but not mandatory.
• Schedule flexibility to work non-standard business hours.
