Customer Support Associate

Overview

Provide customer support for requests received through calls, emails and portal bookings as part of Ayvens India's Customer Service Department.

What you'll do

• Assist customers with requests received through calls, emails and portal bookings.
• Provide customers with regular updates and service information.
• Coordinate updates to the customer database.
• Identify priority issues proactively to prevent escalation.
• Coordinate customer touch points across departments.
• Capture customer feedback at different stages.
• Track complaints and drive amicable resolutions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Graduate in any stream.
• Excellent English communication skills across reading, writing and speaking.
• Excellent Hindi communication skills across reading and speaking.

Nice to have

• Call centre or automotive industry experience.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
