What you'll do

• Configure AI agents.
• Manage prompts and workflows.
• Work with customers to diagnose configuration issues and reproduce problems.
• Test and validate fixes end to end.
• Maintain customer ownership focused on account health, retention, and expansion.
• Help customers independently go live by Day 7.

What you'll need

• Technical aptitude with specialization in AI Agents.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Capacity to follow through on customer needs.
• Proactive approach to enable independent go-live by Day 7.
• Availability during US business hours.
