Customer Support Associate – Operations

Overview

Handle pre- and post-payment queries and operational processing for internal and external customers. The role focuses on accurate transaction handling, timely resolution, reporting, and compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Handle customer requests related to pre- and post-payment activities.
• Resolve cases, emails, and occasional phone queries within agreed SLAs.
• Process financial transactions and payments accurately.
• Prepare and analyze regular reports for stakeholders.
• Perform daily operational controls and processing checks.
• Coordinate with Front Office and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate operational concerns and ensure timely closure.

What you'll need

• Experience in payments, banking, financial, customer operations, or a related domain.
• Understanding of payment processing and transaction handling.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and transaction-processing accuracy.
• Analytical, reporting, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and standard office tools.
