Customer Support Representative (Remote, Project Based)

Overview

Customer Support Representative (Tier 1) providing email support to Parkade users during US hours in a project-based role.

What you'll do

• Respond to incoming customer support emails during US hours.
• Provide Tier 1 support to Parkade users.
• Troubleshoot straightforward customer and application issues.
• Identify issues, gather relevant information, and determine appropriate resolution.
• Assist users with actions they cannot complete themselves and handle routine administrative requests.
• Document interactions and resolutions, follow up, and escalate complex/high-priority issues.

What you'll need

• Previous experience in customer support/customer service/help desk or similar.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable troubleshooting software/applications/user issues.
• Ability to manage high-volume customer inquiries without sacrificing quality.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; can follow established processes.
• Comfort working independently with limited supervision.

Details

• Project expected to run for ~1 year (Sep 2026 to Sep 2027).
• Work US hours including overnight shifts 11PM–8AM (PST); weekend availability required.
• Fully remote role; Location line: India, Philippines.
