CX- Oracle Subscription Management

Overview

Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Functional Consultant focused on CX (Oracle Subscription Management) and the O2C order-to-cash processes. You will manage production support and enhancements for Oracle Subscription Management, AR, and related flows.

What you'll do

• Manage and support Cloud ERP Finance applications (production support and enhancements).
• Drive process design, system solutions, and end-to-end architecture.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore functional leads and functional teams.
• Handle incident-based work aligned to agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Support O2C module enhancements through design, configuration, and functional testing.
• Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly.
• Conduct daily/weekly stand-up meetings with business users for requirement gathering.

What you'll need

• Oracle Cloud ERP functional O2C (Order to Cash) consulting experience of 8 to 11 years.
• Hands-on functional production support experience in Oracle Cloud ERP (Oracle Subscription Management, AR, RMCS).
• At least two full life cycle projects of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial implementation/support experience.
• Data migration experience using FBDI and ADFDI.
• Ability to identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions.
• Good communication skills to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to prioritize outstanding issues and ensure deadlines are met.

• Shift: Ready to work in 2nd Shift (3.30 PM to 12.30 AM IST).
