Overview
The Cyber Security Analyst supports business initiatives, programs, planning, special projects, and execution of the overall cyber strategy through analysis, partner management, communication, and recommendations.
What you'll do
- Be a thought partner with leaders and other internal stakeholders on key business initiatives, programs, planning, and special projects.
- Collaborate with business partners and leadership to understand gaps and process improvements to enhance business operations.
- Communicate with management and business partners regarding business risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate preparation and execution for key meetings.
- Develop presentation materials and coordinate with stakeholders for contributing materials.
- Track post-meeting decisions, outcomes, and action items.
- Drive progress in executing the overall cyber strategy through analysis, partner management, communication, and recommendations on how to execute strategic goals.
- Partner with stakeholders to monitor and achieve annual targets.
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives and organizational structure changes.
- Lead cross-functional projects to make data driven decisions and build consensus with senior leadership across the organization.
- Support developing and executing the overall cyber strategy.
- Prepare material for business reviews and other presentations to communicate performance, strategy, and objectives of the business to a broad audience, including quarterly business reviews and annual board reports.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and create effective PowerPoint presentations.
What you'll need
- Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
- Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline.
- Some prior experience in business management, information systems, or related field.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in developing briefing materials, administrative, and logistics support.
- Communicates effectively.
