About the Job

We are seeking a Data Analyst & Workforce Management Analyst for a Full-time role with OnSite work arrangement. In this position, you will turn operational and workforce data into actionable insights to support scheduling, forecasting, and performance optimization. You will partner with operations and support teams to ensure staffing plans align with demand, service levels, and business goals. If you have strong analytical skills and experience in Workforce Management with NICE IEX, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to improve efficiency and customer outcomes through data-driven planning.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and real-time performance data to support workforce forecasting and capacity planning.
• Build and maintain WFM reporting dashboards and performance trackers to monitor adherence, schedule accuracy, and productivity.
• Use NICE IEX and WFM tools to manage intraday adjustments, scheduling updates, and workforce optimization.
• Identify trends, outliers, and root causes behind staffing gaps, SLA breaches, and utilization changes.
• Collaborate with operations to translate business targets into staffing requirements and shift plans.
• Prepare clear, actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders through reports and daily/weekly reviews.
• Ensure data quality by validating inputs, maintaining documentation, and following governance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Workforce Management and WFM processes (forecasting, scheduling, adherence monitoring).
• Hands-on knowledge of NICE IEX for workforce planning, reporting, or operational analytics.
• Proficiency with data analysis (Excel/Sheets, SQL or equivalent analytics tools) to derive insights from large datasets.
• Excellent understanding of KPIs such as SLA, AHT, shrinkage, occupancy, and staffing-to-demand alignment.
• Ability to work with fast-changing operational priorities and produce accurate schedules and forecasts.
• Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
