We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering, processing, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and help optimize business performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple sources to ensure accurate analysis
• Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools to track business performance
• Analyze trends, patterns, and correlations to provide actionable business insights
• Measure and track key business KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance to support data-driven decision-making
• Assist in automating reports and workflows to enhance efficiency
• Maintain clear documentation of data processes, ensuring consistency and transparency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a similar industry
• Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and automation
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and querying
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets and reporting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of business operations and how data impacts decision-making
