Data Analyst

Overview

The Data Analyst supports client business processes and operations to deliver on-time, high-quality outputs.

What you'll do

• Understand and communicate client business issues, operating rules, data, and standard operating procedures.
• Execute and suggest improvements to pre-defined operational processes.
• Implement process improvements and identify opportunities with senior leaders.
• Apply operational and analytic skills to translate business needs to technology and vice versa.
• Run quality checks and validations on deliverables and report results to the Operations Delivery Lead.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery by pre-existing timelines.
• Test new or updated operational procedures for fidelity and assist implementation with engineering.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL (for analysts).
• Exposure to stored procedures (a plus).
• Detail orientation and quality consciousness.
• Operational mindset.
• Experience working with people in different time zones.
