Overview

Create and manage training content across eLearning, instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, video, and standard operating procedure formats. The role involves collaborating with customers, subject matter experts, and internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Create eLearning, ILT, vILT, video, and SOP training content
• Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct training messages
• Structure and design content based on the provided strategy
• Adapt writing to learners' needs and characteristics
• Communicate with customers and subject matter experts
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need

• Experience in instructional design or content writing
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to understand requirements and instructions clearly
• Ability to conceptualize graphics, animations, and page layouts
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Proficient English language skills

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or master's degree in education, English, or a related subject
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline
• Experience with Google AI tools such as Gemini and NotebookLM
