Data Analyst

Overview

The Data Analyst/Senior Data Analyst leads complex analytics end-to-end, turning business needs into models, dashboards, and decision-ready recommendations.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end analysis from problem framing through insight delivery.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks, KPIs, and metrics.
• Build and maintain complex datasets, data models, dashboards, and analytical pipelines.
• Apply advanced analytics including regression, forecasting, segmentation, experimentation/A-B testing, and predictive analytics.
• Partner with business, engineering, product, and governance teams on data design decisions.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor junior analysts and review outputs including SQL, dashboards, and documentation/quality checks.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, information systems, business analytics, finance, economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of data analytics/BI/statistical analysis experience.
• Advanced SQL.
• Strong experience with Python or R.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau and modern data platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, experimentation design, forecasting, data modeling, and data quality practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Shift timings: 11 AM - 8 PM.
• Location: Chennai.
• Work location requirement: 3+ days per week at a U.S. Bank location.
