Data Analyst

Overview

The Data/Information Mgt Analyst is a trainee professional role focused on data activities, including database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or database architecture/design engineering.

What you'll do

• Perform routine operational or administrative work.
• Administer defined procedures.
• Conduct analyses and prepare reports.
• Deliver routine and defined outputs.
• Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience, guided by precedents.
• Exchange information concisely and remain sensitive to audience diversity.
• Assess risk appropriately when business decisions are made.
• Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Adhere to policy and apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices.
• Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.
• Develop knowledge of the broader context in which the work is performed.

What you'll need

• Project management skills.
• 0-3 year experience.
• Hands-on experience with UNIX/shell scripts.
• Good communication skill to manage vendors and partners.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Python, PySpark or SAS.
• BFSI experience.
