Overview

Data Analyst - Revenue Operations to support the Revenue Operations data and reporting team by maintaining Salesforce data integrity, preparing reports, and enabling sales process clarity.

What you'll do

• Maintain data quality and accuracy in Salesforce by identifying inconsistencies and supporting data-cleansing initiatives.
• Build and maintain account- and contact-level data within Salesforce.
• Support sales process discipline by tracking pipeline stages, funnel movement, and basic forecasting inputs.
• Extract and organize datasets to answer inquiries with clear, concise summaries.
• Document workflows, definitions, and reporting logic to keep processes consistent.
• Collaborate with senior Data Analysts and Sales Tool Analysts on territory routing and CRM administration.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in data, secondary research, or reporting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred, though not required).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to verify work thoroughly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey findings clearly.
• Highly organized and dependable, able to manage multiple small projects concurrently.
