Data Analyst Team Lead, Cyber Review

Overview

Lead a team of Cyber Review Analysts while performing cyber review and quality control work, ensuring quality, productivity, security compliance and timely delivery of review projects.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor and support a team of Cyber Review Analysts to meet quality, productivity and compliance objectives.
• Perform cyber review and quality control activities in line with established methodologies, client requirements and security protocols.
• Manage day-to-day operations, workload allocation and performance monitoring to ensure timely delivery of review projects.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity governance policies, information security standards and data privacy regulations.
• Review, analyse and interpret large datasets to identify trends, anomalies and potential security risks.
• Use SQL, Python and Power Query to extract, transform, analyse and report on review-related data.
• Collaborate with technology, security, legal, compliance and business stakeholders to address review findings and support remediation.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and performance metrics to support operational and business decisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, audit trails and quality records in line with organizational and client requirements.
• Assist the Review Manager with administrative activities, resource planning, workflow management and team coordination.
• Coach, develop and give ongoing feedback to team members to enhance performance and capability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality and compliance outcomes.

What you'll need

• Experience leading teams, mentoring analysts and coordinating operational workflows.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data querying, analysis, automation and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Power Query for data transformation, preparation and reporting.
• Experience performing review, quality assurance, compliance, audit or security monitoring activities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline; equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.
• Experience with Relativity and Canopy platforms.
• Experience managing cyber incident reviews, breach investigations or data privacy review workflows.
• Experience with security frameworks, data privacy requirements and regulatory compliance standards.
