Data Analytics Analyst

Overview

Data Analytics Analyst role in Citi’s TTS Analytics team, supporting analytical work for Treasury & Trade Services.

What you'll do

• Work on multiple analyses across the client life cycle (acquisition, engagement, client experience, retention).
• Leverage analytical approaches, tools, and techniques across multiple data sources.
• Provide data-driven insights to business and functional stakeholders.
• Use analytical methods such as hypothesis testing, segmentation, time series forecasting, and test vs. control comparisons.
• Build predictive models using machine learning.
• Analyze unstructured data such as call transcripts using NLP/text mining.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of data analytics experience, or Master’s degree with 4-8 years, or a PhD.
• Marketing analytics experience.
• Experience on business problems related to sales/marketing strategy optimization, pricing optimization, client experience, cross-sell, and retention.
• Predictive modeling experience using machine learning.
• Experience analyzing unstructured data (e.g., call transcripts) using NLP/text mining.
• Proficiency in Python/R and SQL; experience with Hive.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
