Data Scientist \ Developer - Customer Support

Data Scientist / Developer for Customer Support focused on analyzing complex data to generate insights and build automated forecasting and predictive/prescriptive models.

What you'll do

• Lead development for automated forecasting for Services/Carepack Quality performance.
• Perform data mining using modern tools and programming languages.
• Develop monitoring metrics to reflect real-world model performance and recommend model direction.
• Deliver predictive and prescriptive models to surface insights and track model performance.
• Create visualizations that communicate business value and model insights.
• Work with development teams and business units to ensure scalable model implementation.

What you'll need

• Typically 7-10 years of work experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or related fields.
• Four-year/graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline (or equivalent competence).
• Experience with Python.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Knowledge/skills listed include AWS and Apache Spark.
