Data Analytics & Business Intelligence - Senior Manager

Overview

Lead enterprise data analytics and business intelligence initiatives as a Senior Manager, delivering scalable dashboards, reports, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled decision-support capabilities. Provide technical leadership across Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, data engineering, analytics architecture, and innovation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient BI solutions.
• Deliver actionable insights through data visualization and advanced analytics techniques.
• Partner with business users to identify opportunities for process optimization and performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain applications using Qlik Sense and Qlik NPrinting.
• Design and support enterprise reporting frameworks and automated report distribution.
• Optimize dashboard performance, usability, and scalability.
• Implement governance, security, and best practices for BI platforms.
• Design data models, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, performance, and reliability across reporting environments.
• Work with large-scale datasets across multiple data sources and platforms.
• Define and implement BI architecture standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership on Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI platforms.
• Support cloud, hybrid, and on-premises analytics environments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic improvements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and automation within analytics solutions.
• Lead proof-of-concepts and implementation of AI-powered reporting and decision-support capabilities.
• Drive innovation through data-driven initiatives and emerging technologies.
• Promote adoption of AI-enabled analytics across business functions.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor team members.

What you'll need

• 10-14 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Data Engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-level analytics solutions.
• Advanced SQL and Database Management.
• Data Modeling and Data Warehousing.
• Qlik Sense Development & Administration.
• Qlik NPrinting.
• Tableau.
