Data Architecture (Agentic AI)

Overview

Takeda is hiring a Data Architect (Agentic AI) to design and evolve enterprise data and AI architecture for governed, scalable, autonomous AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise data platform architecture using the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Design scalable Lakehouse architectures for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Define standards using Unity Catalog, Lakeflow, Mosaic AI, Delta Sharing, and related capabilities.
• Architect agentic AI solutions for autonomous agents, AI copilots, and intelligent workflow automation.
• Design AWS cloud-native architectures for enterprise data and AI workloads.
• Establish enterprise architectures for LLMs, vector search, semantic retrieval, knowledge graphs, and AI applications.
• Set governance and technology standards for data governance, AI governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance.

What you'll need

• Have 8–12 years of experience in Data Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Data Engineering.
• Deep expertise with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform and modern Lakehouse architecture.
• Strong experience architecting enterprise cloud solutions on AWS.
• Experience designing and implementing Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale data and AI platforms from architecture through production deployment.
• Experience with DevOps/ops for AI systems including LLMOps/MLOps and CI/CD.
• Master’s preferred in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
