Overview
Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data solutions, including data pipelines and ETL processes, while leading analytics and development workstreams.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing.
- Create and manage data pipelines and ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
- Ensure data quality and perform validation of SQL logic, data interpretation, dashboards, workflows, and validation results.
- Lead analytics, development, dashboarding, workflow, and automation across one or more pods.
- Partner with stakeholders to define priorities, success metrics, business outcomes, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Translate business priorities into executable delivery plans for development and analytics resources.
- Manage scope, resources, timelines, dependencies, risks, escalations, delivery quality, and ambiguity resolution.
What you'll need
- Experience in data engineering for designing and delivering data solutions.
- Strong SQL knowledge for review of SQL logic and data interpretation.
- Experience leading analytics/BI/workflow/reporting/data solution delivery teams.
- Ability to guide technical and functional teams and manage concurrent workstreams.
- Working knowledge of Python, Colab, and PLX-style analytics environments, plus BI tools and workflow delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, issue resolution, and escalation management skills.
- Minimum 12 years of experience.
