Data Engineer

Overview

Build and maintain data systems including pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and secure.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain data architectures and pipelines for durable, complete, consistent data processing.
• Design and implement data warehouses and data lakes with appropriate data volume/velocity and required security measures.
• Develop processing and analysis algorithms for intended data complexity and volumes.
• Collaborate with data scientists to build and deploy machine learning models.
• Lead complex work delivery and guide team members through structured assignments.
• Manage risk and strengthen controls related to the work done.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects administration and enterprise BI platform support.
• Strong experience in SAP BusinessObjects Administration and Support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BO BI 4.x platform administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Central Management Console, File Repository Server, and Information Design Tool.
• Experience with SAP BO installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and migrations.
• Good understanding of Windows Server administration.
• Understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
