Data Engineer II

Overview

Data Engineer II responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrated data workflows and end-to-end data pipelines across enterprise systems.

What you'll do

• Build automated, scalable, and robust data pipelines for enterprise data integration.
• Maintain monthly BAU processing of billing data through automated data engineering workflows.
• Act as a tech SME for data engineering, data integration, and data management.
• Collaborate with SMEs across domains including Data Management, Data Architecture, Cloud Infra, and Data Quality.
• Drive end-to-end data flows and automated data ingestion & processing for the finance function.

What you'll need

• 2-3 years of experience in data engineering and data integration.
• Exposure to building and managing data pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on Notebook Python and PySpark coding (preferably on Databricks).
• Advanced SQL skills to build and optimize data pipelines.
• Software development skills using Hadoop technologies such as Hive and Spark.
• Working knowledge of finance ERP/SaaS applications including Workday, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Understanding of data modelling and data transformation techniques with high data quality and integrity.
