What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data engineering solutions.
• Serve as technical lead for complex data engineering initiatives from design through delivery.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines, data products, and analytics solutions using Python, SQL, Spark, and modern cloud technologies.
• Develop and optimize solutions on cloud data platforms and lakehouse architectures (e.g., Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Sigma).
• Drive architecture reviews and technical design discussions for scalability, security, and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering standards and best practices.
• Implement CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and deployment automation practices.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in data engineering or related technology roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with data lake, lakehouse, data warehouse, and distributed data processing solutions.
• Advanced experience implementing CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and deployment automation frameworks.
• Experience building and deploying Generative AI and RAG-based AI-enabled data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and drive engineering best practices across teams.
