Overview

Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data, working as an SME and leading a team on data governance initiatives.

What you'll do

• Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards and facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage.
• Drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.
• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks related to data governance and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data governance frameworks and practices.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional development.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance.
• Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data stewardship programs.
• Ability to analyze complex data environments and recommend governance solutions.
• Familiarity with data quality management and metadata management concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• 15 years full time education.
