Data Migration Engineer

Overview

Execute and manage data migration by extracting, transforming, loading, and validating data between systems. Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet migration objectives.

What you'll do

• Extract, transform, and load data into target systems.
• Build, run, and validate migration scripts and processes.
• Monitor migration workflows for data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data requirements.
• Document migration processes and scripts.
• Identify migration risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support junior team members with troubleshooting.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in Looker Studio.
• Proficiency in Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques.
• Experience validating data quality and consistency.
• Ability to develop and execute migration scripts and automation processes.
• Familiarity with database management systems and data integration tools.
• 15 years of full-time education.
