Associate Analyst - MDM

Overview

Associate Analyst - MDM role focused on cleaning, enriching, and improving customer master data for Eaton’s Mobility business.

What you'll do

• Analyze customer data attributes to ensure required data quality.
• Handle address clean-up, hierarchy assignment/management, and selling relationship assignment/management.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to improve customer master data across Customer Data Hub (TPH), ERP, and CRM.
• Pull customer data from multiple data sources and clean/improve attributes (name, address, segmentation, hierarchy).
• Identify data gaps and close them with business data owners; discover and interpret anomalies.
• Create structured customer data overviews from multiple sources and provide clean, enriched data to business systems.
• Meet agreed SLA & TAT and perform tasks assigned by seniors with high quality.

What you'll need

• Graduation in Computer Science or Engineering (any stream).
• 2 to 4 years experience in customer data analysis or customer data cleaning.
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formulas, keyboard shortcuts).
• Ability to understand customer master data and find anomalies.
• Knowledge of data migration between tools.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Self-management, initiative, and strong prioritization with attention to details.

Nice to have

• Some automation in Excel using VBA.
• Hands-on SQL experience.
