Technical Architect

Overview

Technical Architect role for a 9+ years experienced Senior Technical Consultant focused on data management and integration.

What you'll do

• Oversee advanced data ingestion, transformation, validation, and publishing tasks.
• Review and analyze customer-provided data along with technical/functional intent and interdependencies.
• Engage with functional teams to understand end-to-end data flows for technical integration.
• Build data ingress/egress pipelines and develop data transformation functions.
• Integrate multiple data sources via API or batch connectors and flat files.
• Assist with production deployment, triage batch automation disruptions, and support root-cause identification.
• Guide and review junior consultants’ code and align work with best practices.

What you'll need

• 9+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Consultant is requested.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Data architecture/data engineering experience (5+ years) focused on data modeling and ETL.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, SQL and workflow tools like Airflow and SSIS.
• Working familiarity with Parquet, JSON, RESTful APIs, HDFS, Delta Lake, Hive, and Presto.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases and SQL query authoring.
• Experience with version control platforms (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps) and Agile methodology.
