Data Platform Engineer

Overview

As a Data Platform Engineer, you will contribute to the data platform blueprint and design, ensuring all relevant components are effectively incorporated, and work closely with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration between systems and data models.

What you'll do

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data platform components with business requirements.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies related to data platform design and integration.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of data platform components to suggest improvements.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in TypeScript
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices related to data platforms
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable data solutions
• Familiarity with integration patterns and data modeling concepts
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within data environments

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular
• Experience with AWS Core Infrastructure
