Overview

Data Processing Specialist at Konovo, a healthcare intelligence company, ensuring project deliverables are produced on time and to client specifications, working on a hybrid team based in Bengaluru.

What you'll do

• Maintain project oversight and communicate with clients to ensure their requirements are met.
• Work closely with Client Services and Programming teams to thoroughly understand project and data requirements.
• Utilize all tools made available by Konovo to facilitate efficient and accurate deliverables, including proprietary platforms, standard industry tools and/or AI-assisted technology.
• Partner with cross-departmental colleagues, such as the product organization, to provide user feedback, insights, and recommendations.
• Ensure business needs are met through effective execution.

What you'll need

• Two or more years of experience in Market Research Data Processing with clear ownership of deliverables.
• Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to identify issues early and resolve them effectively.
• Proficient in at least one industry-standard tabulation tool, with a clear track record of learning and adopting new tools quickly.
• Communicates clearly and confidently with both internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on requirements and outputs across global teams.
• Operates with high attention to detail and consistently delivers accurate, client-ready work in fast-paced environments.
• Adapts quickly to changing priorities and works collaboratively across teams to move projects forward.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru office.
• Work mode: Hybrid.
• Working hours: 6:30pm to 3:30am IST shift, aligned to ET timezone.
