Data Quality Analyst

Overview

JLL is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to support analyst reporting, project management, data management, platform, compliance and reporting functions for a wide range of assets across JLL.

What you'll do

• Check collected field asset photos for accuracy, completeness, and readable data plates.
• Pull database exports and use formulas and filters in Excel to spot errors and validate data against client specs and project standards.
• Decode equipment serial numbers through online resources to pull manufacturing dates and specs.
• Compare client-provided data against collected assets to create linkages for system updates or migrations.
• Monitor field teams live in the data collection app and give real-time feedback on submissions.
• Review field photos and enter data plate information so field teams can move faster with photo-only collection.
• Assess photo quality and coach field team members on lighting, angles, and focus.
• Correct erroneous OCR entries and document shortfalls for process improvement.
• Clean and structure datasets for client system integrations or platform transitions ahead of audit field visits.
• Review and prep floor plans before field visits (similar to IAQ programs), and validate them after the visit.

What you'll need

• Sharp attention to detail, comfortable digging into data rather than skimming it.
• Strong Excel skills, formulas and filters at minimum.
• Comfortable learning new platforms (Ninox, M2, Fulcrum) with guidance.
• Strong written communication for async coordination across global teams.
• Able to manage review queues across several projects without things slipping.
• Available to work hours with meaningful PST overlap.
