Data Reliability Engineer

Overview

As a Data Reliability Engineer, you’ll ensure reliable delivery of research and mission-critical data pipelines that support trading and investment decisions.

What you'll do

• Ensure smooth day-to-day implementation of a large research infrastructure.
• Deliver comprehensive, error-free data to portfolio managers.
• Own mission-critical data ETL pipelines and ensure reliability, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Manage and resolve data incidents in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Design and build tooling, automation, and documentation to improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
• Perform hands-on daily data operations including validation, remediation, and enrichment.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and Python.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience in both Windows and Linux environments.
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing support or operations role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and appreciation for well-defined processes and systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
