Data Scientist

Overview

JLL is seeking a Data Scientist for its Global Benchmarking Services team. The role focuses on developing predictive models and translating real estate and human experience data into actionable workplace and portfolio strategies.

What you'll do

• Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models in Python.
• Forecast space utilization and optimize portfolio performance.
• Predict key drivers of employee experience.
• Collaborate with workplace strategy, client services, and business development teams.
• Deploy and manage machine learning models on Azure.
• Translate model outputs into client and leadership recommendations.
• Monitor AI/ML, cloud, workplace analytics, and commercial real estate developments.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in a data science role.
• Expertise in SQL and Python.
• Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Experience with ML Ops practices for model lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with big data tools such as Spark or Databricks.
• Advanced NLP knowledge for sentiment analysis and topic modeling.
