Data Scientist / AI & ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions from research through production systems.

What you'll do

• Design and develop AI/ML solutions for customer and business problems.
• Build, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Develop scalable data architectures and set up big data environments for prototyping.
• Develop agentic AI systems including multi-agent workflows and tool-using agents.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
• Solid big data experience with technologies such as Hadoop ecosystem and Spark.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or shell scripting.
• Cloud platform experience: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud.
• Strong programming skills in Java and/or Scala.
• Experience with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB, etc.) and data pipelines (Kafka/Flume/Spark).
