Data Scientist f Submission Data and Content Generation & Reuse (AIDCG) - Pharma R&D

Overview

Lead IT Data Scientist for Pharma R&D, architecting and delivering advanced AI/ML and generative AI solutions for clinical submission data and content generation/reuse.

What you'll do

• Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions and agentic systems.
• Define technical standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices for AI/ML development.
• Solve complex problems using statistical modeling, machine learning, and generative AI.
• Design multi-agent workflows for automated clinical workflow assistance and submission content generation.
• Validate, monitor, ensure explainability, and apply AI governance practices in regulated environments.
• Partner with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to shape AI strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for advanced analytics, generative AI, and agentic AI capabilities.

What you'll need

• 8-12 years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI, advanced analytics, or similar domains.
• Master’s or PhD in data science, computer science, statistics, AI, bioinformatics, mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Expert-level Python proficiency for AI/ML development and automation solutions.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, agentic AI, and AI application architecture.
• Advanced experience with RAG, agentic RAG, and GraphRAG implementations.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP and applying MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences is preferred.
